Onav, the XVIII course begins

From March 12th to May 30th. This is the time frame in which the XVIII Onav course will take place, which sees the patronage of IRVOS. Registrations are therefore open until February 28th to become wine tasters.

Between lessons held by experts in the sector, technical-practical tastings and educational visits, the course of the National Organization of Wine Tasters has now become an important point of reference for sector technicians and simple enthusiasts. In recent years there has been a boom in the presence of young people and women who approach this world with great interest.

The course consists of twenty lessons and will conclude with a final theoretical and practical exam. Among the topics, elements of physiology of the senses, tasting technique, elementary concepts of viticulture, labelling. The course, which includes a maximum of sixty participants, will be held in the evening hours, from 8pm onwards, at NH Hotel, in Palermo.
