Analysis of the regional viticultural-oenological and olive-growing sectors;

Start up Projects: identification, monitoring and assistance for the preparation of regional, national and community projects;

Activities relating to the competences of IRVO as a training body of the Sicilian Region;

Collaboration with the ATS for the provision of technical opinions on disciplinary proposals for the recognition of new names or for the modification of specifications
