Onav, the XVIII course begins
From March 12th to May 30th. This is the time frame in which the XVIII Onav course will take place, which sees the patronage of IRVOS. Registrations are therefore open until February 28th to become wine tasters.

Between lessons held by experts in the sector, technical-practical tastings and educational visits, the course of the National Organization of Wine Tasters has now become an important point of reference for sector technicians and simple enthusiasts. In recent years there has been a boom in the presence of young people and women who approach this world with great interest.
The course consists of twenty lessons and will conclude with a final theoretical and practical exam. Among the topics, elements of physiology of the senses, tasting technique, elementary concepts of viticulture, labelling. The course, which includes a maximum of sixty participants, will be held in the evening hours, from 8pm onwards, at NH Hotel, in Palermo. Public consultation on the IRVO 2026-2028 PTPCT update
Public consultation for the update of the Three-Year Plan for the Prevention of Corruption and Transparency (PTPCT) 2026/2028. In order to allow maximum involvement in the preparation of the update of the Three-Year Plan for the Prevention of Corruption and Transparency of the Regional Institute of Wine and Oil for the three-year period 2026/2028, all interested parties – particularly citizens, companies, consumer associations, representative trade unions, and other entities operating in the territory representing particular interests – are invited to submit comments and/or proposals to the Head of Corruption Prevention and Transparency (RPCT), which will be evaluated during the drafting of the document.
