ViniSud Asia: one of the most visited Sicilian stands

In particular, there was a massive presence of Asian operators for the two master classes dedicated to learning about Sicilian wines and territories. It was the Master of Wine Matthew Stubbs who conducted the tastings: on red wines on February 26th, while on whites the following day. Furthermore, in this context, the careful preparation work and the classification by price range and product quality have made the promotion and valorisation operation, with a commercial background, simpler and more immediate. Finally, among the innovations, the Food & Wine corner was much appreciated, featuring Sicilian wines paired with Asian cuisine prepared live by well-known chefs. In short, participation in the fair allowed us to create the foundations for future commercial actions.
