Vinitaly: Ribbon-cutting ceremony in Sicily and agreement with the Veneto Region for Italian wine exports worldwide.

Councilor Sammartino and President Stefani relaunch the synergy between the two productions: Italian wine grows when it chooses to walk together.

Sicily's growth in the wine sector is closely linked to the uniqueness of its territories, the ever-increasing quality of its offerings, and the synergy that fosters exports. Dialogue with other Italian regions is a key strength, enabling it to jointly address international markets in an increasingly complex geopolitical context. From the heart of the Mediterranean to global wine routes, Sicily is consolidating its position among Italy's leading exporters, sharing with Veneto a mission built on quality, identity, and the ability to address international challenges. At Vinitaly, these two regions demonstrate a shared understanding that unites territories and strategies: Italy of Wine thus strengthens a shared vision and safeguards the competitiveness of Made in Italy products worldwide.

We intend to build bridges between different realities, and many collaborations can emerge, starting with the wine sector. These two regions are also strategic for wine exports. We know that the international economic situation obviously causes slowdowns, but where there is quality, identity, history, and tradition, we have demonstrated our ability to overcome even some challenges, obviously related to tariffs, which have nevertheless allowed these territories to once again demonstrate their leading role.
