Organic wines, Sicily in Montpellier for MillesimeBio

millesimebioOrganic wines protagonists in Montpellier. The MillesimeBio fair, the largest organic event in the world, will take place from 25 to 27 January.

And Sicily will be present with IRVO and some wineries. “In addition to certification, controls and research, we do not stop helping the promotion of quality wine”, comments Lucio Monte, general director of the body.

The salon was created in 1993 by some winemakers from Languedoc-Roussillon in order to increase awareness of wines made from organically grown grapes. And to do so we host wines from organically grown grapes from all over the world. There are over 560 producers from countries such as South Africa, Germany, Argentina, Austria, Bulgaria, Chile, Egypt, Spain, France, Greece, Italy, Portugal, Switzerland, USA. The fair was born with a convivial spirit that has remained but which has been combined in recent years with the expertise and specificity of an increasingly growing sector, that of organic products. So as to become an exceptional showcase.

Here are the participating Sicilian wineries:

De Gregorio Cellars

Montoni fiefdom

Lands of Gratia
