Bio-Mediterranean Cluster, new agreement

Guided tastings of wines from the Sicilian territories, indication of wine pairings with traditional Sicilian culinary foods, collaboration for the creation of thematic meetings and conferences regarding wines, oils and Sicilian territories.

These are the activities that IRVO will guarantee at EXPO2015. In fact, a remodulation of the previous agreement was signed between the extraordinary commissioner of the institution, Antonino Di Giacomo Pepe, and the sole manager of the Bio-Mediterranean Cluster, Dario Cartabellotta. “Our task – explains Di Giacomo – is and will be that of animating the Sicily Wine Bar”. A "Sicilian wine shop" that will provide visitors with a series of knowledge ranging from the characteristics of the production places, to the tasting of the products up to including information on the hospitality, services, culture and entertainment of the area. A total promotion of our land in the name of quality and excellence.
