Inoveno, a day of study in Marsala
A day of study on the progress achieved within the Inoveno project. It will be held on Tuesday 12 March starting at nine in the Aula Magna of the Faculty of Oenology of Marsala. The results of a project that has become a model of a virtuous system in which new products and technologies are transferred from research institutions to local companies will be exhibited.
The Regional Councilor for Agricultural and Food Resources Dario Cartabellotta and the Dean of the Faculty of Agriculture of Palermo Giuseppe Giordano will open the proceedings.
Expected to follow the interventions of the researchers working within the Biotechnology Unit of IRVOS and the Center for Innovation of the “Ernesto del Giudice” Wine Supply Chain. On this occasion, other ongoing activities in the wine sector will also be anticipated. Some of them are already ready for a new technology transfer activity to benefit the Sicilian production reality.
The study day will end in the afternoon, around 4.30 pm. It will be divided into three sections: viticultural research, microbiological research and oenological research.
