Idea competition for the new IRVOS logo
With Regional Law n. 25 of 24 November 2011 Art. 16 published in GURS (p. I) n. 50 of 2/12/2011, the responsibilities of the Regional Institute of Vine and Wine were expanded by adding the activities of valorisation and promotion of table olives and extra virgin olive oil produced and packaged in Sicily, as well as certification, research and innovation in the olive oil supply chain.
The name of the Regional Institute of Vine and Wine has also been changed. The new name is “Regional Institute of Wine and Oil”. Following the introduction of these new skills, the need arises for the organization to have a logo which must represent both the wine and oils of Sicily and must contain the words "Wines and Oils of Sicily".
To this end, the Institute organizes an ideas competition for the acquisition of an idea proposal necessary for the creation of a new logo.
