Claim and payment for “Puri” wine growers' grapes
To all producers of DOP and/or IGP grapes who do not make wine from the grapes
Please remember that producers of DOP and/or IGP wine grapes who harvest but transfer the entire grapes produced to third parties are obliged, pursuant to art. 3 letter a) of Ministerial Decree 7701 of 18/07/2019, to submit the harvest declaration to Agea annually by 15 November.
These so-called "pure" winemakers, who do not make wine and sell the grapes to third parties, although they do not have to be subject to the relevant control body (OdCC Vini IRVO for all Sicilian PDO and PGI wines), must claim the grapes produced and make the related payments to the IRVO Vini OdCC, for the current year, NO LATER THAN 31 DECEMBER 2020, using exclusively the paper form downloadable from the IRVO institutional website: www.irvo.it under Control and Certification of Wines-Models, i.e. at the link http://www.irvo.it/servizi/controlli-e-certificazioni/746.html
A form must be completed for each individual PDO or PGI whose grapes have been claimed.
Please remember that, as required by the control plans and related tariffs for all Sicilian DOP and IGP wines, the tariff foreseen for PDO grapes is €0.07/ql + VAT 22% i.e €0.0854/ql, while for the PGI grapes a fixed quota is foreseen for up to 200 quintals of claimed grapes equal to €10.00 + VAT 22% i.e. € 12,20, above 200 quintals of grapes claimed, the tariff is €0.07/ql + VAT 22%, i.e. €0.0854/ql.

Public consultation on the IRVO 2026-2028 PTPCT update
Public consultation for the update of the Three-Year Plan for the Prevention of Corruption and Transparency (PTPCT) 2026/2028. In order to allow maximum involvement in the preparation of the update of the Three-Year Plan for the Prevention of Corruption and Transparency of the Regional Institute of Wine and Oil for the three-year period 2026/2028, all interested parties – particularly citizens, companies, consumer associations, representative trade unions, and other entities operating in the territory representing particular interests – are invited to submit comments and/or proposals to the Head of Corruption Prevention and Transparency (RPCT), which will be evaluated during the drafting of the document.
