IRVO becomes a training body

The staff and the general director, Lucio Monte, are enthusiastic and comment: “The accreditation of our institute as a training body of the Sicilian Region is a high recognition. IRVO – he adds – will thus be able to make its skills and professionalism available in various sectors of professional qualification”.
The communication arrived on Wednesday 17 February, signed by the general director of the Department of Education and Vocational Training Gianni Silvia. This is a definitive accreditation issued to the IRVO for carrying out type B - Further training, type C - Higher training, and type D - Continuous and ongoing training activities.
An additional possibility for the institution to expand its skills, drawing mainly on funds from the POR ESF 2014 -2020.
Technical training and inclusive agriculture are the areas in which IRVO intends to carry out projects, already having experience in solidarity protocols.
The Institute will thus activate, in collaboration with bodies and institutions involved in the sector, training courses which, in addition to establishing social inclusion paths, simultaneously become tools for valorising the territory.
