AGEA CIRCULAR notice of 07/28/2022
We inform you that it was issued with protocol. 58076 of 07/28/2022 la Agea Circular - Declarations 2021/2022 - General application instructions for completing and submitting stock declarations, all companies are therefore invited to read them.
The circular follows what was reported in last year's circular.
Holders of wines and/or musts, other than private consumers and retailers, declare
every year the quantities expressed in hectolitres, held at midnight on 31 July.
The quantities of wines and/or musts traveling at midnight on 31 July are also declared by the recipient.
Stock declarations can be submitted to Agea from 1 August and, in any case, no later than 10 September; for this year, given that September 10th falls on a Saturday, the deadline is extended to the first following working day, i.e. Monday 12 September 2022

Public consultation on the IRVO 2026-2028 PTPCT update
Public consultation for the update of the Three-Year Plan for the Prevention of Corruption and Transparency (PTPCT) 2026/2028. In order to allow maximum involvement in the preparation of the update of the Three-Year Plan for the Prevention of Corruption and Transparency of the Regional Institute of Wine and Oil for the three-year period 2026/2028, all interested parties – particularly citizens, companies, consumer associations, representative trade unions, and other entities operating in the territory representing particular interests – are invited to submit comments and/or proposals to the Head of Corruption Prevention and Transparency (RPCT), which will be evaluated during the drafting of the document.
