16 March 2020
Corona Virus user reception
All offices, from Monday to Friday, will close at 2.30 pm.
Except as provided in note 2581/2020, for the period of validity of the measures contained in the Decree of the President of the Council of Ministers of 11 March 2020 and any subsequent extensions thereof, public access to all the premises of the Institute will be permitted exclusively by prior appointment to be agreed by telephone or e-mail with the Manager and/or Person in charge of the office.
The user will establish contact with the interested personnel using the telephone numbers and e-mail addresses contained in the "Contacts" link on the Institute's institutional website.
The staff will take care to schedule the appointments, favoring their temporal distribution in order to avoid the simultaneous presence in the office of multiple users, a circumstance which would prevent compliance with the rules of prudence suggested by the Authorities regarding the hygienic-sanitary measures to be adopted, such as minimum distance between it and the user and between users.
The managers will ensure the implementation of these provisions with particular attention to satisfying the appointment requests received by the offices.
The scheduled appointments and their outcome must also be noted and the details of the users received must be recorded.
