COMMUNICATION STOCK OF IGT “SICILIA” as of 07/31/2012 FOR THE PURPOSES OF MARKETING WITH THE NAME IGT “SICILIA” UNTIL THE STOCKS ARE PHYSICALLY EXHAUSTED
Given the "very tight" timeframe, we inform all interested companies who can forward the communication of stock of IGT "Sicilia" as of 07/31/2012, as per our. previous communications, form ……………., immediately, only communicating the stocks of loose IGT “Sicilia” reserving the right to send the communication of the stocks of bottled IGT “Sicilia”or at a later time and, in any case, within the deadlines established by law (180 days from 1 August 2012).
The new Ministerial Decree 14/06/2012 has in fact extended the Control Plans also to IGTs, with the consequent obligation for IGT producers to communicate to the IRVO SB all movements (purchases, sales, etc.), oenological practices ( cuts, blends, reclassifications, etc.) as well as bottling of bulk IGT wines
These obligations therefore also concern the stocks of loose IGT "Sicilia" coming from past harvest campaigns which are in the possession of the companies as of 07/31/2012 and which can still be marketed under the name IGT "Sicilia".
Therefore, considering this circumstance, for companies that intend to "handle" (sell, bottle, cut, etc.) the bulk IGT "Sicilia" wines in their possession from early August, the need arises to immediately make the declaration of stock of IGT Sicilia as of 07/31/2012 and to upload the loose IGT Sicilia on the IT portal used for controls (subject to submission to the OdCC) in order to be able to comply with all the obligations set out in the Control Plans.
To this end, we have foreseen the possibility of a first communication concerning only the bulk IGT "Sicilia" wines, which will have to be followed by a second one concerning the packaged IGT "Sicilia" wines, in the possession of the companies as of 31/07/2012, without prejudice to the possibility for companies that do not see the need and urgency to make a single stock communication.

Public consultation for the update of the Three-Year Plan for the Prevention of Corruption and Transparency (PTPCT) 2026/2028. In order to allow maximum involvement in the preparation of the update of the Three-Year Plan for the Prevention of Corruption and Transparency of the Regional Institute of Wine and Oil for the three-year period 2026/2028, all interested parties – particularly citizens, companies, consumer associations, representative trade unions, and other entities operating in the territory representing particular interests – are invited to submit comments and/or proposals to the Head of Corruption Prevention and Transparency (RPCT), which will be evaluated during the drafting of the document.
