REGIONAL AGRICULTURE DEPARTMENT NOTICE
Possibility of renouncing the use of new systems expiring in 2022 not yet installed due to force majeure with communication to the Department by 30 April 2023
With the communication from the Regional Agriculture Department of 04/26/2023 (https://www.regione.sicilia.it/sites/default/files/2023-04/Comunicazioni%20per%20%20nuovi%20impianti_0.pdf)
holders of authorizations for new plants issued in 2017 and 2018, expiring on 12/31/2022, who, due to force majeure, have not been able to provide for the plant, are given the possibility of renouncing use by sending a specific communication to the Agriculture Department SERVICE 2nd by April 30, 2023.
In the communicated, it is finally recalled that as regards the new facilities granted in 2020, expiring on 09/09/2023, no extension will be granted due to disasters or causes of force majeure and failure to use within the foreseen deadline will result in the application of sanctions.

Public consultation for the update of the Three-Year Plan for the Prevention of Corruption and Transparency (PTPCT) 2026/2028. In order to allow maximum involvement in the preparation of the update of the Three-Year Plan for the Prevention of Corruption and Transparency of the Regional Institute of Wine and Oil for the three-year period 2026/2028, all interested parties – particularly citizens, companies, consumer associations, representative trade unions, and other entities operating in the territory representing particular interests – are invited to submit comments and/or proposals to the Head of Corruption Prevention and Transparency (RPCT), which will be evaluated during the drafting of the document.
