The National Anti-Corruption Plan (PNA), approved by ANAC on 17 January 2023, dedicates a special part to the public contracts area. I specify it Annex 9 to the same PNA provides for an overall reorganization and definition of obligations of publication in the web sections “Transparent Administration”, compared to the provisions of previous ANAC resolutions and in the publication obligation tables attached to the plans for the prevention of corruption and corporate transparency that have followed one another over time. It should also be considered that the new Public Contracts Code, approved by legislative decree n. 36 of 31 March 2023, generally provides for the activation of a single national platform (managed by ANAC) which will have the aim of fulfilling the transparency obligations of public administrations which will guarantee the flow of data relating to tenders and assignments.
In light of the innovations introduced by Annex 9 of the 2022 PNA, this section "Tenders and contracts” is being updated. The adaptation of contents, publication times and space organization will take place gradually as a modification of the IT support systems is necessary, in light of the opportunities offered by the interoperability of the systems pursued by the new procurement code.
