CORRECTION DECREE OF THE DM 01/19/2022 AMENDING THE ETNA DOC SPECIFICATIONS
With reference to our previous notice dated 11/02 last “ORDINARY AMENDMENTS TO THE “ETNA” DOC WINES REGULATIONS, we inform you that a rectification decree to the aforementioned Ministerial Decree relating to some typos contained thereinthe.
In fact, in the art. 1, paragraph 2 relating to the reference to the production area of the grapes of the type "was skipped".Upper white Etna", while in article 6, relating to the chemical-physical and organoleptic characteristics of the consumption of the various types, as regards the descriptor of the minimum total acidity of the "Etna Bianco Superiore" the term "minimum”. Finally, as regards the "Etna sparkling rosé or rosé" in the description of the relative odor the term "sometimes" was omitted, the corrected descriptor becomes: "intense and characteristic, sometimes with floral and spicy notes accompanied by a delicate hint of yeast".

Public consultation on the IRVO 2026-2028 PTPCT update
Public consultation for the update of the Three-Year Plan for the Prevention of Corruption and Transparency (PTPCT) 2026/2028. In order to allow maximum involvement in the preparation of the update of the Three-Year Plan for the Prevention of Corruption and Transparency of the Regional Institute of Wine and Oil for the three-year period 2026/2028, all interested parties – particularly citizens, companies, consumer associations, representative trade unions, and other entities operating in the territory representing particular interests – are invited to submit comments and/or proposals to the Head of Corruption Prevention and Transparency (RPCT), which will be evaluated during the drafting of the document.
