Pellegrino, founded in Marsala in 1880, which became a joint stock company in 1970, through constant growth, has established itself as one of the leading companies not only in the production of Marsala wines but also of Pantelleria wines and table wines bottled with Duke of Castelmonte brand.
It has three operational units:
– a main cellar located in Marsala, which covers a surface area of approximately 30,000 m2. of which 12,000 are covered
– a modern winemaking cellar, located on the outskirts of Marsala
– a modern winemaking cellar on the island of Pantelleria
The owned vineyards are over 150 hectares of vineyards. In 2009, Pellegrino produced 7 million bottles, achieving a turnover of 22,500 million euros. From the market point of view, the turnover is achieved for 67% on the national territory and for 33% abroad. The company's quality management and environmental management systems are certified respectively UNI EN ISO 9001:2000, UNI EN ISO ISO 14001: 2004 and EMAS (Community Eco-Management and Audit System). Public consultation on the IRVO 2026-2028 PTPCT update
Public consultation for the update of the Three-Year Plan for the Prevention of Corruption and Transparency (PTPCT) 2026/2028. In order to allow maximum involvement in the preparation of the update of the Three-Year Plan for the Prevention of Corruption and Transparency of the Regional Institute of Wine and Oil for the three-year period 2026/2028, all interested parties – particularly citizens, companies, consumer associations, representative trade unions, and other entities operating in the territory representing particular interests – are invited to submit comments and/or proposals to the Head of Corruption Prevention and Transparency (RPCT), which will be evaluated during the drafting of the document.
