{"id":17474,"date":"2023-12-01T11:52:14","date_gmt":"2023-12-01T10:52:14","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.irvos.it\/?p=17474"},"modified":"2023-12-01T11:55:35","modified_gmt":"2023-12-01T10:55:35","slug":"etichettatura-nutrizionale","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.irvos.it\/en\/etichettatura-nutrizionale\/","title":{"rendered":"Nutritional Labeling"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Communication from the EU Commission on \u201cNutrition Labelling\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We inform you that the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.irvos.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/Comunicazione-Commissione-UE1190-1.pdf\"><strong>Communication from the Commission C\/2023\/1190<\/strong> <strong><em>\u201cQuestions and answers on the implementation of the new EU provisions on wine labeling following the amendment of Commission Regulation (EU) No. 1308\/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council and Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2019\/33&quot;<\/em><\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p>This document provides technical answers on the application of the wine labeling rules introduced by <strong>Regulation (EU) 2021\/2117<\/strong> of the European Parliament and of the Council of 02\/12\/2021 and of its<strong> subsequent rectification<\/strong> published on 06\/12\/2021, <strong>specifically regarding the nutritional declaration and list of ingredients.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Please remember that the obligation to include the nutritional declaration and the list of ingredients on the label will come into force <strong>from 8 December 2023.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The document specifies (see answer to question 3) that as a general rule, these new mandatory indications must apply to wines placed on the market from 8 December 2023, however it adds that \u00a0<strong>\u201cWines \u00abproduced\u00bb before that date may, however, continue to be placed on the market according to the labeling requirements applicable before 8 December 2023, until stocks are exhausted\u201d<\/strong>.
