Our organization has availability for 6 workstations to be assigned (single workstation \u20ac6,710.00 including VAT), number conditioned by compliance with the Fair's Covid-19 anti-contagion protocol<\/b>.<\/p>\n

The Institute will communicate to companies their position within the 6 stations.<\/p>\n Applicant companies must send by 07\/31\/2021, copy of document proving the payment of \u20ac3,000.00 as a deposit on the participation fee, <\/b>to be paid to the Institute's current account IBAN IT 08 K0521 6046 12 00000 9106 907 \u2013 Credito Valtellinese \u2013 Palermo Agency. The Institute will request the balance from companies that are up to date with the payment of the advance payment, equal to \u20ac3,710.00 by 31 December 2021. In the absence of payment of the balance on the date indicated above, the deposit already paid will be forfeited by the Institution.<\/b><\/p>\n In the event that the requests exceed the number of 6, the relative ranking for the assignments will be made, once the documentation is complete (application, regulation, payment of the advance fee), in relation to the arrival time.<\/p>\n Applications for admission that are missing even one of the three required documents will not be taken into consideration.<\/p>\n Furthermore, applications from individuals who have outstanding accounts with the Institute will not be taken into consideration.<\/p>\n Applications in order but exceeding 36 units will be placed on a waiting list which will be used in the event of an expansion of the exhibition area or the withdrawal of one or more companies already registered.<\/p>\n The participation fee of \u20ac6,710.00 entitles you to:<\/b><\/p>\n \u2013 exhibition structures and related services<\/p>\n \u2013 daily cleaning of the structure<\/p>\n \u2013 1 or 2 exhibitor passes depending on availability for the organisation<\/p>\n \u2013 transport of goods from Palermo to D\u00fcsseldorf (excess goods will not be returned)<\/p>\n \u2013 standard tasting glass service and related cleaning<\/p>\n \u2013 Hostess service<\/p>\n The fee does not include<\/b><\/p>\n internet access Should Messe D\u00fcsseldorf request a reduction in the number of stations, due to problems related to compliance with the Covid-19 anti-contagion protocol adopted by the Fair, the criterion of the chronological order of presentation of the requests will be followed.<\/p>\n This Notice does not constitute a commitment for IRVO to participate in PROWEIN 2022.
