On the agenda is the renewal of the IRVO for the certification activity of DO wines. The Regional Institute of Wines and Oils is thus once again committed to controls and certification. The commitment would expire in a month. This is a very important activity that protects producers and consumers. In the first months of the current year, thirty-eight percent more wines were certified.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe are satisfied with this step \u2013 comments the extraordinary commissioner of the body, Antonino Di Giacomo \u2013 once again the value of its role is recognized by IRVO and once again it finds itself in support of this quality Sicilian wine world\u201d.
