IRVOS recruits "judges" in Palermo and Ispica.<\/p>\n

Sensory analysis is a useful tool at the service of companies and marketing for the quality control and characterization of food products, including wine and oil, and for understanding consumers' purchasing choices.<\/p>\n

The research is aimed at women and men, aged between 18 and 65, who intend to take part in the sensorial analysis group for the institutional activities of IRVOS and the valorisation of wine and oil products.<\/p>\n

Selection meetings lasting approximately 2 hours each will be held as follows:<\/p>\n

\u2013 Monday either in the morning at 10.30 am or in the afternoon at 4 pm at the IRVOS laboratory in Palermo in via Pipitone Federico, 8;<\/p>\n

        Wednesday or in the morning at 10.30 am or in the afternoon at 4 pm at the IRVOS laboratory in Ispica (c. from Rio Favara).<\/p>\n

The selected judges will become part of the IRVOS sensory analysis panel and will continue with a period of training and continuous training for the purposes set out above.<\/p>\n

The meetings will take place weekly at set times.<\/p>\n

Participation is free and a certificate will be issued at the end of the activities.<\/p>\n
