This was the objective of the study trip organized this year by the Regional Institute of Wines and Oils of Sicily for Sicilian producers and which took place from 10 to 15 July. Five intense days among vineyards, local cellars, territories. Nineteen Sicilian companies participated and had the opportunity to interact with successful wine producers from which to draw inspiration.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p> \u201cIt was a very interesting journey from a technical point of view. \u2013 comments Gianni Giardina of IRVOS, organizer and companion of the study trip \u2013 We followed the same organizational line as last year where the interest was focused on the red wines of Burgundy. In Alsace we had the opportunity to come into contact with producers from medium and large wineries and beyond&quot;. <\/p>\n<p>In fact, the study trip gave the opportunity to learn about everything that revolves around the wine product, therefore not only the territory but also everything that concerns communication and promotion. \u201cWe tasted the best of their wines \u2013 continues Giardina \u2013 which, in general, are of medium-high quality. They enjoy good organization and good communication. Among the wines tasted, in addition to the typical ones, we also tasted their sparkling wine, the Cremant obtained with the classic method&quot;.
