The strategic role of biobanks as a reserve of biodiversity of naturalistic and biotechnological interest will be the topic that will be addressed during a study day organized by the Regional Observatory for Biodiversity of Perugia. Various experts have dissected it, including Daniele Oliva, research manager at IRVOS.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><br \/>\n<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAn important participation \u2013 comments Oliva \u2013 is precisely in Perugia that for the first time they begin to work on yeasts\u201d. This latter activity has been successfully undertaken in recent years by Dr. Oliva and his staff and which has led to results of a certain importance in the field of viticulture.
